DESC N96th Supportive Housing

DESC is working on an affordable housing development in North Aurora Avenue neighborhood in Seattle, located at 937 North 96th Street. This new DESC supportive housing development will create approximately 100 studio units of affordable housing with supportive services for people with significant disabling conditions like serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and physical disabilities.

In an effort to learn more about the neighborhood and provide neighbors with more details about the project, DESC held an informational forum on August 30, 2016 at DESC Aurora House, 10507 Aurora Avenue North Seattle 98133.

Latest Update
The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (DCI) held a Early Design Guidance (EDG)meeting of North 96th Supportive Housing project on November 21, 2016. At the conclusion of the Early Design Guidance, the project was recommended to move forward to MUP application. You can view more details of the EDG report here.
